Real-time compatible clocks "push" punch data to TimeForce as it happens—providing you with an up-to-the-minute live picture of your workforce status. Real-time requires ethernet or cellular modem connectivity with the clock. If the clock is disconnected from the network, it will continue to log employee punches, and send them to the server when the connection is restored.
